Mark has an ingrained passion for the sport of sailing and the sea, holding a World record, having competed at world championship level and racing in some of the sports gruelling offshore races including five Fastnet races and the infamous Sydney Hobart yacht race. Starting his career working as a full time sailor Mark understands the pressures and motivators to athletes whilst in more recent years his experience in running commercial campaigns for global brands has provided a deep understanding of the commercial realities of modern sporting events.
